My composure on the mound, even in the most adverse situations, is one of my greatest strengths. I like the challenge of a competitive game and have learned to get myself out of tough situations (example: one out, bases loaded) WEAKNESS: I'm always working to improve my game. I love the game! It has helped me not only be a better athlete but a better student. I've learned what it really means to be a leader and to be part of a team that is bigger than any one person's contribution. I stay focused and poised under pressure no matter what's happening in the game. I also like to think of myself as my team's biggest cheerleader and champion -- in the good times and especially in the not so good times.
My academic interest are in business administration and marketing communications and my hope is to continue developing as a player, teammate, and young adult at the college level. |
